These terms govern your use of rimalnaturalskincare.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of Botswana, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Transactions Act.
1. Products
All products are handmade in Botswana. Colours and textures may vary slightly between batches — this is a natural characteristic of handcrafted cosmetics and does not constitute a defect. Product images are representative only.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Botswana Pula (BWP) and include applicable taxes. We operate on a cash on delivery basis only. Payment is due at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is refused at delivery.
3. Orders
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, delivery constraints, or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly in such cases.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available within Botswana only. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
See our Delivery & Returns page for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act of Botswana are not affected by these terms.
6. Health & Safety
Our products are for external use only. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. We are not liable for reactions resulting from known allergies to listed ingredients.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product names — is the property of Rimal Naturals and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
