We currently deliver within Botswana only.

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or periods of high demand. Payment is collected cash on delivery — please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Botswana, you have the right to return or exchange a product under the following conditions:
Eligible returns (within 7 days of delivery)
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Product significantly different from its description
Non-eligible returns
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products returned without original packaging
- Change of mind after delivery
How to return
Email us at raguebkhadija9@icloud.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange collection or an exchange at no additional cost for eligible returns.
Refunds
As we operate cash on delivery, approved refunds will be issued via EFT (bank transfer) or mobile money within 5 – 7 business days of the approved return being received.
